- VivoPower allocates $30M XRP pilot with Doppler Finance aiming at regenerative loop treasury growth.
- XRP price holds $2.86, traders eye $3.20 resistance while bearish risk lurks near $2.51.
VivoPower International PLC (NASDAQ: VVPR) has entered a partnership with Doppler Finance to launch an XRP-focused “regenerative loop” treasury strategy. The firm, traditionally involved in energy solutions, is now allocating a pilot program of $30 million in XRP reserves to generate institutional-grade yields.
The company expects this strategy, built around systematic reinvestment of earned yields, to compound long-term value. VivoPower believes that assets managed under this agreement could expand beyond $200 million.
A prominent legal expert, Bill Morgan, praised the approach. By calling it a “good term” for earning yield on XRP and reinvesting it into company reserves, he framed the regenerative loop model as a positive step for treasury management.

Doppler Finance, with support from ReForge, Digital Currency Group, and Ripple partners, will provide the infrastructure for the program. Rox Park, Korea Head of Doppler Finance, commented:
We are confident that our platform will be able to deliver on their yield enhancement objectives with regards to XRP, and in the future, the RLUSD stablecoin as well.
VivoPower Invests $100M in Ripple Equity
VivoPower’s broader strategy goes far beyond holdings of tokens. The company has made $100 million investments in Ripple equity, syncing its treasury and ownership with Ripple’s future role in institutional blockchain adoption.
By connecting treasury functions to blockchain assets, VivoPower intends to diversify its balance sheet and become part of the institutional adoption of tokenized finance. It also boosts its financial market credibility that monitors Ripple’s expanding reach.
VivoPower has confirmed participation at XRP Seoul 2025, which will take place on September 21 in South Korea. With sponsorship from Ripple and hosted by XRPL Korea, the conference is set to attract more than 3,000 delegates and 100 companies from 40 countries.
South Korea has contributed immensely to XRP adoption with 25% contribution to overall XRP trade across the world, which is valued at around $20 billion. Apart from that, 25% of circulating XRP supply, with a value of around $29 billion, is held by South Korean investors.
XRP Eyes $3.20–$3.40 if Support Holds
Now, XRP trades at $2.86 after gaining 2.23% in the last 24 hours, with volumes rising 11% to $6.8 billion. Technical analysts noted that holding the $2.74 support level is essential. A successful stand-off would drive XRP to $3.00 and likely challenge the $3.20–$3.40 area.
But risk comes into play if XRP dips below this support level. It would disrupt the current bullish setup and would likely produce heavy sell pressure. If that takes place, spot rates would decline to further support at $2.62 and $2.51 before aiming for a larger low at $2.35.
Meanwhile, technical indicators such as RSI stays at 45, which means neutral momentum with no strong overbought nor oversold signals. Bear crossovers with MACD lines below zero indicate weak momentum and possible risk on the downward direction unless larger purchase pressure emerges.
