May 9, 2025 — San Francisco, CA — Space and Time, the decentralized data platform renowned for its zero-knowledge (ZK) Proof-of-SQL technology, has officially launched on mainnet. The launch will allow smart contracts to trustlessly access, query, and verify massive volumes of data across blockchains and offchain sources.
With foundational backing from Microsoft and other Tier 1 investors, Space and Time (SxT) has been quietly building over the past three years. Now ZK-proven database protocol is capable of querying 10 million rows of data in just 11 seconds, with sub-second proving on 600,000+ rows and 5ms verification time.
A New Standard for Onchain Data Integrity
Space and Time’s key innovation is Proof of SQL, a ZK coprocessor that lets developers run SQL queries with built-in cryptographic proofs. This allows developers to deliver cryptographic proofs alongside data results. Before it was almost impossible in the blockchain and smart contracts space.
Excited by the achievement, Scott Dykstra, Co-Founder and Contributor at Space and Time said:

Space and Time Tokenomics and Network Participation
Aside from the mainnet launch, Space and Time also revealed the utility model for its native SXT token. SXT will serve multiple roles such as:
- Securing the network through staking and validation
- Incentivizing data indexers to supply high-quality, fresh datasets
- Enabling in-protocol payments and interactions within the ecosystem
Validators and contributors can join the network, with the protocol designed to be fully permissionless and community-governed.
