Polygon’s Power Moves: From zkEVM Deployments to Developer Innovations, Unleashing Limitless Possibilities

  • The polygon network has notably hit a significant milestone following the rule out of polygon zkEVM.
  • Two developers took part in coordinating developers around a single WETH deployment.

The Polygon network has been making waves in the industry for its continuous attempt to push for statics in the blockchain ecosystem. All of the credit rightfully goes to the developers on the Polygon network, who have collectively worked to push these innovations to the forefront.

In a Twitter thread, Polygon Labs details the achievements of its network developers that are making it possible for the Polygon zkEVM ecosystem to thrive. The tweet noted that developers have worked together to build a robust foundation for all while outlining the ongoing work being carried out behind the scenes. The tweet read.

The collaborative efforts of developers within the Polygon zkEVM ecosystem are fundamental for building a robust foundation for ALL. A thread to shout out a few gigabrains and highlight their work.

Notably, two developers took part in coordinating developers around a single WETH deployment. This went on to help to ensure that maximum compatibility across the ecosystem is achieved.

On the other hand, DevX was improved by the same developer who deployed tMulticall3, which is designed to aid in the reduction of the number of RPC calls required to read state. Another developer is credited for bringing Porygon zkEVM support to xDeployer which was designed to help with the deployment of smart contracts at the same address on any EVM network.

Polygon recognizes other legendary network developers

Meanwhile, another developer is credited for newer utilities that were brought to Polygon zkEVM, including Uniswap’s Permit2 which was deployed by Aivenides, and Opensea’s Seaport 1.5, deployed by ppmoon69.

Ppmoon69 revealed that he was responsible for putting together a significant set of contacts. The developer explained in a tweet.

LayerZero recently announced their integration with 0xPolygonLabs’s new zkEVM. I put together a set of contracts that allow you to mint, send, and receive NFTs between Polygon and Polygon zkEVM using LayerZero_Labs.

Lastly, Polygon recognized the legendary developer and ERC721A author 0xCygaar. He is recognized for the deployment of a code sample using LayerZero_Labs to move NFTs between Polygon PoS and Polygon zkEVM. The developer explained in a tweet.

Although we dragons are adventurous, it’s also important to stay safe. That’s why QuickSwap has deployed QuickSafe, our own interface on safe, to secure funds on our zkEVM chain. Decentralized custody & asset management FTW.

Two other developers were credited for connecting Sepolia, Mumbai, and Polygon zkEVM using Hyperlanexyz, while the QuickswapDEX platform is listed as the platform responsible for bringing the Safe wallet to Polygon zkEVM.
