Ripple’s Legal Battle with the SEC Continues
Despite the excitement surrounding the partnership, Ripple continues to face legal challenges with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Since 2020, Ripple has been embroiled in a high-profile case where the SEC alleges that Ripple’s sale of XRP constitutes an unregistered securities offering.
