- Coinbase has added Checkmate (CHECK) and Sign (SIGN) to its listing roadmap and said it plans to support Perle (PRL).
- Spot trading for Impossible Cloud Network (ICNT) is scheduled to begin on March 25, 2026, subject to liquidity conditions.
Coinbase has rolled out another batch of listing-related updates, this time spanning roadmap additions, a planned token launch and a confirmed spot trading date.
Coinbase expands its pipeline with three fresh token moves
The exchange said Checkmate (CHECK) and Sign (SIGN) have been added to its listing roadmap, while Perle (PRL) is also being prepared for a future listing.
That does not mean all three tokens are immediately tradable on the platform. In Coinbase’s system, a roadmap addition typically signals that an asset has entered the exchange’s review and preparation process rather than moved straight into live trading.
That distinction matters. Coinbase has spent the past few years trying to make its listing process look more structured and less abrupt, partly to give the market a clearer sense of which assets are under consideration before trading begins.
For projects, even landing on the roadmap can shift attention quickly. It often changes how traders view the token’s short-term prospects, even if the actual launch is still some distance away.
ICNT moves from review to market launch
The more concrete step in this latest update concerns Impossible Cloud Network (ICNT). Coinbase said spot trading for the token is expected to go live on March 25, 2026. As usual, the launch is tied to liquidity requirements, meaning trading will begin only once the exchange believes market conditions are sufficient to support orderly activity.
Taken together, the announcements show Coinbase continuing to use a tiered approach to token expansion. Some assets are placed on the roadmap, some are flagged for future support and others move directly into live markets.
For the broader market, that kind of sequencing is important. A Coinbase listing is still treated as a meaningful signal, especially for smaller or earlier-stage tokens. Even when the company moves cautiously, each roadmap update or trading launch tends to bring new visibility, stronger legitimacy and, in many cases, a quick repricing of expectations.
